The Blorg Commonality has unveiled a new ideology which promises tolerance of all other ideologies, provided everyone agrees to abandon their existing beliefs and adopt it.
Rooted in the Blorg’s ethos of xenophilia and pacifism, the multiculturalism ideology believes that pluralism is critical to societal stability, and can only be achieved by subscribing to an unwavering belief in pluralism itself.
“We don’t care what ethos you subscribe to,” Blorg representative Tori Spelling of the Alien Aid faction told Xenonion. “You’re welcome here so long as you recognise the superiority of our way of thinking.”
The Blorg have already begun constructing Galactic Halls throughout neighbouring star systems to help promote their ideology, highlighting that visitors will receive free informational pamphlets and brain-slugs pre-loaded with relevant talking points.
Critics warn that if left unchecked the Blorg could establish a cultural hegemony, which Spelling emphatically dismissed as “the exact type of narrow-minded intolerance we’re trying to address.”
The ideology has already demonstrated considerable reach, with multiple neighbouring space-nations reporting growing factional pressure to adopt it as state doctrine.
The Blorg have welcomed the news, describing a more tolerant galaxy as one which will be ultimately more accepting of the their proposal to found the Galactic Imperium, ensuring peace and tolerance in perpetuity.
